Also known as Aalyria Technologies, Inc. (Aalyria; products: Spacetime and Tightbeam)
What it builds
Builds laser communications terminals and software that coordinates satellite, airborne, and ground networks.
Classification
Dual-useAalyria explicitly presents commercial civilian applications-including commercial satellite operations, civil space, 5G/6G terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks-and government/defense applications. Tightbeam also has a Navy contract for the SOAR project, expressly intended for warfighting scenarios, while Aalyria announced a commercial-shipping deployment agreement with HICO. This is evidence of both civilian and military offerings, not that the products are principally military-purpose.
